Alright guys, time for an update on this situation.
To catch whoever up, I went to this spa a few weeks ago and was given the run around with my booking and walked out with no service. Came onto here and wrote about my experience and called out the spa to do better. They reached out to me and said they'd like for me to rebook and waived the room fee for me, I confirmed a few details with the manager and booked Amy for Monday around noon.
So on Monday I had booked Amy. The manager Jenny was very helpful and had open clear communication with me in the morning. She made sure she contacted Amy to make sure she was available for my booking and whatnot. She confirmed everything with me and said that everything was good to go. Made my way over to the spa. Accessing the spa is a little tricky, the gps takes you to the business building directly on the corner, but you'd want to go intersection just north of Sheppard. I got to the spa, entered, and things were much different from when I went the first time. When I first went all the doors were open and the hallway was visible from the entrance. This time a lady, Jenny, was seated at the front desk and the hallway door was closed. Felt much more secure this way.
