The not withstanding clause can only be used for 5 years,however ,it can be reinstated...but what part of the clause do you think the government would pull out...but the province hasn't invoked the notwithstanding clause..so as of now...they cant do what you say they are doing...until they go thru the legislation to invoke section 33......which they wont...this ain't a facist state....
