WENATCHEE — The former operator of two Wenatchee massage parlors raided in 2023 over suspicion they were fronts for prostitution pleaded guilty to one count of promoting prostitution but is no longer in jail having already served his sentence.


Linhui Yan, 62, was originally charged with leading organized crime, money laundering and promoting prostitution after the Columbia Drug Task Force served warrants at Lin Massage on North Mission Street and Angel Massage on North Chelan Avenue.
