Sonora Hodges of Five Elements Integrative Therapy Academy and Clinic in Houghton stopped by Upper Michigan Today to demonstrate techniques to release tension through foam rolling.
Plus, applications are open for the next round of Five Elementโs massage therapy school beginning in September.

Sonora Hodges joins the conversation to discuss her Five Elements Integrative Therapy Academy and Clinic and the nine-month program it offers to students.
Tia and Elizabeth are joined by Sonora Hodges the owner of Five Elements Integrative Therapy Academy and Clinic located in Houghton Michigan.
The nine-month program will start Friday, Sept. 6, and will last until late May. Students should expect an equal mix of hands-on activities and schoolwork. The classes run every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
