Chaoying Ni — owner of Amber Massage at 2504 E. Portland Road and a Vancouver, Washington, resident — appeared in Yamhill County Circuit Court on Oct. 23 and pleaded guilty to a single count of prostitution, a Class A misdemeanor. The other charges on which she was indicted by a Yamhill County grand jury on Sept. 3 — one count of promoting prostitution, another count of prostitution and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse — were dismissed as part of the plea deal.
