FYI she must carefully pick and choose who she agrees to work with. I read a previous review or mention about this place, showed up and had no luck. The door was unlocked and nobody came to the counter. After I waited for a few minutes and nobody came out, I left for a while assuming she was busy. So I came back a few hours later. She came out and looked stressed and immediately said she is by appointment only and no walk-ins and that she's closing soon. I said no problem because I'll just call at a more convenient time. From then on, she never answers my phone calls. She purposely avoids my number. I wanted to book an appointment but it was never really crucial so I guess I don't see what the big deal is.

I know Martha. At present, as far as I know, she works by herself. When in session, she is unable to answer the phones or come to the front when the door buzzer goes off (the doors to the session room and the sessions hallway are always locked when she is in session by herself so don't worry about LE just walking in even though the front door is unlocked).

Through pms (with a couple of other hobbiest), I've learned that she is OVERWHELMED at the moment as a result of the BP ads. Most probably....she is not ignoring you.

Actually, I think is indicative of the attitude a lot of (maybe I should say 'some of') the providers have now. Thoughtful consideration works both ways. When they don't return messages and act rude, it is to their long term detriment. When the economy slows down (even more than it is now, which it soon will in a big way) they will be wondering where all their business went and wishing for phone calls. Just my .02 cents...

That dude answered when I called and he schedule my appt...real cool guy..he was there when I went..no problems at all..
