ON TOP OF THAT CRIMINAL CASE, THERE IS ALSO A CIVIL LAWSUIT OVER THOSE ALLEGATIONS IN PLACER COUNTY. AND NOW KCRA THREE INVESTIGATES HAS LEARNED YUBA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES ARRESTED BLOWERS AT HIS OLIVEHURST HOME. A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT CHARGES HIM WITH THREE COUNTS, INCLUDING THE CONTINUOUS SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD BETWEEN 2020 AND 2024, NOTING THE LAST TIME HE IS ACCUSED OF ABUSING THE CHILD WAS DURING CHRISTMAS BREAK. As a former massage therapist still faces charges in Placer County for allegations that he sexually assaulted three of his clients, he now has a series of new charges in Yuba County.Kyle Blowers is charged with the sexual abuse of a child. Blowers had been out of jail, awaiting trial on the first case, when deputies with the Yuba County Sheriff's Department arrested him about two weeks ago on a new case.KCRA 3 Investigates first reported on Blowers in July. Kyle Blowers is charged with the sexual abuse of a child. Blowers had been out of jail, awaiting trial on the first case, when deputies with the Yuba County Sheriff's Department arrested him about two weeks ago on a new case.

KCRA 3 Investigates first reported on Blowers in July. He faces 16 felony charges involving the sexual battery of some of his clients at Massage Heights in Roseville in 2023.

Now, KCRA 3 Investigates has learned Yuba County deputies arrested Blowers at his Olivehurst home for a new case.
