As a former massage therapist still faces charges in Placer County for allegations that he sexually assaulted three of his clients, he now has a series of new charges in Yuba County.Kyle Blowers is charged with the sexual abuse of a child. Blowers had been out of jail, awaiting trial on the first case, when deputies with the Yuba County Sheriff's Department arrested him about two weeks ago on a new case.KCRA 3 Investigates first reported on Blowers in July.
