Spring Leaf Spa downtown

I have not seen/found any reviews and was trying to choose between Adelaide and Gerrard as I was going to be walking around downtown TO last week. I decided to go north to Gerrard to Spring Leaf as it looked like a second floor unit (prefer those) and was beside a Tim's (bonus).

Busy street, so no privacy when you walk in the door, but once inside, was no issue, up the stairs, greeted by a nice young lady and was hoping that was going to be my afternoon fun (and I had 2 hours to kill and full wallet, so was even thinking 4-hands.

Got to room (very old) and asked to use washroom, sounded very busy and lots of hustle, but I was led in to what was called a washroom. Wow........tiny and I was worried I was going to go through the floor (soft/saggy when I stepped on it)......should have heeded the signs at this time, but I had walked this far.......

Back in the room, a new attendant showed up, much older, but still seemed nice and had a huge rack on her, so I said, what the heck, let's see how she performs. Well, I am sorry to say the massage was just a light rub and it was quick to the flip. At least my older attendant let me play with those large milkers and was happy/surprised to find a tramp stamp as well, so it turned out half decent in the end. She had a good attitude and it was simply the location, old rooms, old building, lots of street noise, lots of room noise, might have been fun if it was newer/quieter.

Overall I would be hard pressed to give the whole experience anything more than a 3/10 and that was all due to the attendant making it a bit more fun.
