Pretty angry about this spa already. I checked massage planet for their schedule of ladies as I wanted to try out their spinner Amy, and she was posted on their schedule that she was working. So I texted them confirming that she was there and I was told yes, so I booked her. Headed over, took half an hour which I told them, and I opened the door and I was greeted by a short chubby chick who spoke very fast with an accent. I told her I booked Amy and she was talking so fast that I could barely understand her, I did see Amy poke her head out of the door labelled "Eating Room" and she was stunning just from her face. Reminded me a lot of Elle Lee the pornstar. So I get guided, fairly aggressively, to the room and I can barely understand this woman. Finally I clue in that she's saying Amy is booked and I say "I know...I booked her". I then get told someone else booked her and then this lady says that she's Amy and when I texted for Amy they thought I meant her. Makes no sense seeing that only one Amy has been advertised for this spa as the "Viet Spinner Amy". Then she starts offering herself. Bbw chicks aren't my preference, normally I would have just gone with it but I came specifically for Amy the Viet spinner. Not to mention that the spa dm'd me personally a few weeks ago offering her services to me after I wrote a review about a spinner and it being my favourite body type. So I ask her when Amy's booking is up. She yells out into the hallway, Amy says something, they're talking whatever language and I'm told "come back later". I ask for a specific time because I have some time to kill, again she yells into the hallway and she says in the afternoon. I ask for a specific time again, again she yells into the hall and says she has no booking. So I'm like alright cool let's do this, then out of nowhere I'm told she's busy all day today and to come back tomorrow. Rolled my eyes heavily and walked out and wrote this review.

I don't know what's going on, but @Supreme Spa needs to figure things out. That was ridiculous seeing that I was offered her services personally by the spa and then given the runaround after making an appointment

Another Viet… well reviewed, has some skills … but I don’t blame u 4 taking off… they disrespected yer booking.

It's simple answer, too many damn hands in the pot. I am truly sorry dear. The language challenge plus miscommunication between us the manager at the store. We're trying to not overbook and all of that. Amy is there from Friday to Monday. Hopefully you get to see her and we'll "ADMONISH" our other girls to LISTEN when a customer tells them who they've come for......

Spa is business is a challenge but we aim to be different than the others. Once again sincerest apologies.....

I will speak to her PERSONALLY!!!! The day to day manager wasn't there at the time of your visit and neither was I. These girls need to appreciate the fact that such behaviour is counterproductive......

Seems like their schedule not very accurate, call and went there before looking for Lily, first was saying that she is coMing in the afternoon and then it end up no show. If continue like this, it wouldn't make them that "supreme"!!

Lily decided not to come and informed us that she'd prefer to come "next month". The road to better business is fraught with potholes especially when you have few reliable hands to assist. We will get better. That we assure you. We try not to overpromise or misdirect. But hard to break some girls out of those old habits. When you come see for yourself and give us honest assessment. Constructive criticism is never a bad thing.

They did make it right, waived the room fee for a Monday visit. Review to come

Youth is often combined with ill advised enthusiasm. Feel free to do what you want. But I don't know what quality of experience you'll have if she's working 4 days a week or more. The candle that shines twice as bright burns half as long. if she's only charging 140 or less. It just demonstrates the lack of business savvy. Have at it sirs.....
