How much do you give an RMT when you see them for an hour?

When I consider how recently Wind started working in the spa, and what shes recently started doing, there is no way in hell I would skip on her now. If I look at Bellagio newbie girls from before, like Sophia & Daisie, this is when they really start doing the fun stuff .
