Two massage therapists have been arrested on charges of prostitution in an undercover investigation in Port Charlotte Wednesday.According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, deputies arranged an operation at a pair of local massage parlors after they received anonymous tips that illegal sexual activity was being conducted out of the businesses.Undercover detectives entered Calla Massage and Golden Massage along Tamiami Trail with enough cash to pay for a massage as well as any additional "services".The release says detectives encountered Qiangwei Dong, 50, and Xiaomen Li, 47, who both agreed to perform sex acts for money when prompted.Upon accepting the money, deputies entered the establishment, placing both women under arrest.CCSO says this is the third prostitution-related arrest of Dong in 25 months, escalating her charges to a third-degree felony.Both women are facing prostitution charges at this time.
