An Excellent Customer Service By the Owner -- Cindy Of Lavender

Want to share an incident
An Overlapped booking between the owner and MPA ( A case of Miscommunication ) with HE story

Happened sometime last week. Customer "A" booked his appointment say at 5pm with the owner Cindy for one of the attendant.
Meanwhile I made my booking directly with the attendant at 530 pm on the same date
For unknown reasons, the booking was not communicated properly between the owner and the attendant.

Customer "A " was late for his appointment for at least 20-25 min.
Worse of all , I was not notified the over lapping booking issue until I showed up at the door on time.

Wow, You can imagine that I was furious but I kept my tempo calm without even arguing with them even though Cindy had asked me if I could come back an hour or so later.
I simply just walk the F*** out of that place & say Bye Bye forever ......... Am I doing it right ????

Happy Ending to all parties
A few days later, the Owner Cindy contacted me and apology for the incident.
she also offered me a decent discount on door fee for my next visit.. Good Gesture from Cindy

After all , I really appreciated Cindy's initiative to conduct me and offered the discount.


Regardless ....A great Customer Service By Cindy of Lavender... A Job well done !!!!!!!

Guys, if you book directly with the MPA, you are taking a big risk of this exact thing happening. You HAVE to let the boss know too…most of the time, the MPA forgets to tell the boss. In these situations, the customer that called the spa should always take precedence.

The only benefit to letting the MPA know too is so she is expecting you…this way a walk-in can’t steal your appointment.

Once again, book DIRECTLY with the spa and just give the MPA a heads up for good measure.

I have some faves I am extremely close to and have been seeing for many years and I still book them directly with the owner.

Hah yeah. I texted an MPA that I will make an appointment first and THEN tell her. Which is what I did. But the MPA got my message and then told the owner.. and then they thought there was a conflict. SMH.

They always forget, just save yourself some potential headache and book directly with the spa…and then give the MPA a heads up that you booked an appointment with her. This way you are covered…

I have found that the language barrier is a problem ,so I don't book appointments I just call when I am ready and ask who is available and book 10 to 15 minutes ahead.

hah. so few of those girls actually make any money. I think I met one MPA that had an OF account and I don't think she made any notable income despite being relatively decent looking girl. The competition there is fierce.

Massive survivorship bias as with most modern online jobs/gigs.

More on topic, this is clearly the fault of the girl not the spa. If a lady books a client herself, it is 100% on her to communicate that with management.

Book direct at will, but when a fuck up happens direct your anger where it is warranted. Its easier to get mad at faceless management instead of the cute girl we like to see naked, but its pretty important to be fair. Lay blame where it belongs.

i always make an appointment with MPA.They are always confirming appointment with the boss or reception depend which spa i am going to( SL or Lavender) so I never had such situation
