You’re absolutely correct, the best MPA’s and SP’s are probably not even discussed on MP. I don’t mind sharing since there’s no exclusivity between myself and any working lady. I also go off of instinct before sharing any of the ladies I see. Some of the women I see only work 2 or 3 days a week, so they’re not running themselves ragged. It shows in the effort they put into the sessions.

I have asked a few SWs how they learned how to do their jobs, but the only answer I have had is "by watching porn", which is basically being evasive. Although I have made connections with SWs, felt close to some, it is only as a client, and I am on the outside. But there seem to be physical and psychological techniques that many use. Not true I think, but it does seem like there is some kind of manual that a lot of SWs read.

I have heard that spa managers/mamasans really do not train new MPAs in sex work. This is out of fear of law enforcement (undercover agents, or possible later charges of coercion). Perhaps it takes time before mamasans and co-workers trust each other enough to open up. As far as I can tell, most SWs go into the work voluntarily, are not victims of pimps or groomers. But I cannot see how they figure things out for themselves. I suppose it is possible that to a large extent SWs learn what to do from their clients requests and their boyfriends.

Some, perhaps most, SWs just know the physical stuff, but the really good ones know how to use psychology to keep us coming back. I could give examples, but the point of this post is to ask the guys who do have inside knowledge, how are the different SW techniques shared/disseminated? Is there a body of shared knowledge of the craft?
