This will not work. As @mumbaikadon pointed out, a majority of the NL customers are not even aware of this forum (or ISG). The majority of their customers get referred by word of mouth or by taxi ("kaali-peeli") drivers.

Although I am not a regular at NL anymore, I have succeeded on a few occasions on convincing Manoj and Dinesh (2B1F) to let me pay the lower tier rate for girls they claimed were in the higher tiers. But generally speaking if the lowest tier rate goes up, you can't get away without paying at least that amount. Your best bet at this point is to negotiate the 3.5k girls down to 2.5k and the 5.5k girls down to 2.5k/3.5k. If you are a regular, they might be willing to do that for you.

I was able to get them down to 2.5k on a few occasions. That does not mean it is guaranteed to happen every time.
