The point is that she’s still there, working under a different name. And since you can’t go and “see” the girls, it will be fairly random until you encounter her and get her new working name.

thanks. I hadn't thought of that. in one way. it makes a lot of sense. but in another way it would be mystifying as when I text who I suppose is Ella. she would know who Queenie is. I mean i'm asking if queenie is working, why wouldn't the spa say she is here, but working under another name. it doesn't make sense.
